She got unhappy when she was at childhood and she started to consider herself to be obese. She feel ups and down in her weight and she told by her father before he dead they she would die at earlier age because she is obese as they did not care their selves. That day she realized to lose weight and got a fit body shape to prevent her from the side effects of an obese life.

Pamela’s Weight Loss Tips

  • Pamela start drink half of her body weight in ounces of water in a day.
  • She tries to eat whole foods when possible.
  • Pamela added lean meats are essentially in her diet plan.
  • She always avoid from sugar foods and drinks.
  • The most important to eat fruits and vegetables.

Weight Loss Eating Plan

Breakfast: She takes a bowl of fruit with a protein shake in her breakfast, she also prefers to blend frozen fruit into the shake to make a smoothie.

Lunch: Pamela added salads in her lunch time on daily basis. She added a very light and dilute dressing in water.

Dinner: At night she start eating her favorite dish grilled chicken on the Foreman Grill and grilled asparagus on the side.

Snacks: She just fall in the love with water and drink more and more water on daily basis. She usauly don’t eat snacks but when she had to do it Pamela always prefers fruits and vegetables in the fridge.

Pamela loves to weight lifting and Cardiovascular exercise along with running and using some specific weight loss machines.

Sometime she did take whole food supplements to aid in her routine nutrition and immune system. She added that sometime she has an autoimmune and thyroid disease that’s why she has to take hormone supplement on daily basis.
