Kathleen Ross is a 39 year old women who struggled a lot to weight loss, she was facing overweight problem since she was in 6th grade. She never blamed fast foods to her weight gain issue however her relation to eating is linked to her obesity. She was not interested in working out, however, here is the change that she made in her life to lose 229 pounds.

The Change

After the birth of her son she realized that her increasing weight is becoming a physical barrier, as when her boy move she was unable to keep with him. She start getting feared with her lifestyle. She started exercising while following a busy life schedule as she was managing her married life with a child and working in a credit bureau industry. She made a big change in her life and start exercising about 1 to 2 hours daily. She joined treadmill exercise for the most time among all of her workouts. For her workout she had to change her attitude too, as she slowly increase the time to spend on the exercise machine.

She tried several diets, but still remain ineffective and she just lost few pounds, when she got stress with routine diet plan she plan to cut 1500 calories from her diet. Kathleen start using fruits and vegetables and forget to eat fried foods and try other healthy codding methods. She added banana, pineapple, strawberries in her diet as well as a lot of ice cream.

She start working on her workout and diet plan and dropped over 1200 calories per day, and lost about 180 pounds in a year. She continue workout and lost almost 230 pounds.
