Ingredients:

  • 6-ounce chicken breasts
  • Chopped small onion 1
  • Coconut aminos 1/2 cup
  • Chopped jalapeño pepper 1
  • Olive oil 1/4 cup
  • Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
  • Apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Garlic’ cloves minced 2
  • Honey 1 teaspoon
  • Ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1 lime Juice
  • Ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon
  • Allspice 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/8 teaspoon
  • Chopped cilantro 1/4 cup
  • Pepper 1/2 teaspoon

Directions:

Insert all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Marinate the chicken with half of the blended mixture for several hours or overnight. Preheat sauté pan and add coconut oil (if available) or cook the marinated chicken about 5 minutes on each side.
