  • Cubed skinned chicken – 2 cups
  • Chicken broth – 4 cups
  • Chopped Onion – 1/2 cup
  • Crushed marjoram – 1/2 cups
  • Crushed Basil – 1/2 cups
  • Crushed Oregano – 1/2 cups
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chopped Vegetables – 2 cups
  • Chopped tomatoes – 10oz

Directions:

Mix the chicken broth, onion, pepper and vegetables in a large saucepan. Keep stirring in the saucepan until it start boiling. When it start boiling reduce the heat and cover the pan 6-8 minutes. Now remove the cap from pan and enter the tomatoes and it is ready to serve.
