  • 6 oz roughly chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 table spoons roughly chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 table spoons white chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt


Take a saucepan and fill it a quarter with water, keep it on medium heat until the water comes to boil. Take another saucepan and add dark chocolate in it, keep it on heat until chocolate fully melted, keep it stirring constantly.

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the melted chocolate on the backing sheet almost 6 to 8 inches. Sprinkle the dried fruit that would be walnuts, sea salt or white chocolate chips.

Now place the baking sheet in the refrigerator, don’t take it out or until it completely solidified. Once it solidified take it out and break into 12 pieces, its ready to server :)
